1. Services
MJ Sound Event provides sound system rental, DJ services, and sound engineering consultation for events in Mauritius. Services are subject to availability and prior booking.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be made before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. Deposits may be non-refundable.
3. Responsibilities
MJ Sound Event is responsible for providing professional sound and DJ services as agreed.
The client is responsible for ensuring safe access to the venue, sufficient electrical supply, and any required permits.
Any damages caused to equipment due to misuse at the event venue may be charged to the client.
4. Liability
MJ Sound Event will not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, power failures, venue restrictions).
While we ensure professional service, we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of income, profits, or business opportunities.
5. Use of Website
The content of this website (text, images, logos) is the property of MJ Sound Event and may not be copied or used without permission.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes will be handled under Mauritian jurisdiction.
